WHLA is excited to open the call for proposals to host the 2026 Wisconsin Lodging Conference & Trade Show! Each November, this flagship event brings together lodging leaders, industry partners, educators, and students from across the state for three powerful days of learning, networking, and celebration.

Submit Your Proposal

If your property is interested in hosting the 2026 Wisconsin Lodging Conference & Trade Show, we invite you to review the 2026 Wisconsin Lodging Conference & Trade Show RFP and submit your proposal for consideration. The RFP includes detailed information about the event’s requirements, expectations, and benefits for the host hotel.

To assist in your proposal submission, we’ve prepared a comprehensive proposal grid that outlines the specific criteria and details we’re looking for. This grid will help ensure that your proposal addresses all key aspects necessary to host a successful event.

Proposals are due by 12:00 PM CST on October 1, and must be emailed to [email protected]. The email should be clearly marked with the Name of the event and must have the completed proposal grid attached.
