If your property is interested in hosting the 2025 Wisconsin Lodging Conference & Trade Show, we invite you to review the 2025 Wisconsin Lodging Conference & Trade Show RFP and submit your proposal for consideration. The RFP includes detailed information about the event’s requirements, expectations, and benefits for the host hotel.
To assist in your proposal submission, we’ve prepared a comprehensive proposal grid that outlines the specific criteria and details we’re looking for. This grid will help ensure that your proposal addresses all key aspects necessary to host a successful event. Proposals are due by 5:00 PM CST on September 5, and must be emailed to Monica Goeke, CAE at [email protected].
