Celebrating Excellence: Sarai Aguirre Honored with WHLA’s 2025 Spirit of Hospitality Award

​The Wisconsin Hotel & Lodging Association (WHLA) proudly recognizes Sarai Aguirre, Room Attendant at Tru by Hilton Madison West, as one of the 2025 Spirit of Hospitality Award recipients.

In her first year with NCG Hospitality, Sarai has made an incredible impact, mastering her housekeeping role and cross-training in breakfast and room service. Known for her professionalism, warm greetings, and thoughtful approach, she ensures every guest feels understood and valued, even carrying a detailed list of housekeeping items and using a translator app when needed. Her flexibility and dedication to improving her skills elevate both the guest experience and her team.

“Sarai’s flexibility, willingness to step in wherever needed, and dedication to improving her skills make her an outstanding team member who elevates both the guest experience and her team,” said Amy Boston, who presented the award on behalf of WHLA during the 2025 WHLA Awards Luncheon on September 11 at Hotel Retlaw in Fond du Lac.

As a Spirit of Hospitality Award recipient, Sarai was honored in front of industry peers for her positivity, professionalism, and eagerness to grow, setting a strong example for her colleagues.
