Curating the Blueprint: How WHLA Builds a Powerful Conference Program

​The Wisconsin Lodging Conference & Trade Show stands on the pillars of dynamic speakers and relevant, real-world education. But who is behind the scenes making it all happen? The answer lies with you and your fellow industry professionals.

Every year, the WHLA Education/Conference Committee and Programming Task Force, comprised of dedicated volunteers from various Wisconsin lodging properties, ownership companies, educational institutions, and vendor companies, meticulously reviews speaker proposals to curate a balanced and engaging agenda.
 
Over 20 educational sessions are carefully chosen from an open call for speakers. The committee focuses on content that is not only practical and forward-thinking but also showcases a diverse array of perspectives and property types. No matter whether your interests lie in marketing, operations, leadership, or advocacy, there’s something valuable for every lodging professional.
