About Joe Schmit

Joe Schmit is a nationally recognized speaker and 2019 inductee into the Minnesota Speakers Hall of Fame, holding the CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) designation from the National Speakers Association. Over his career, he has earned 19 Emmys, the Silver Circle Award from the Upper Midwest Chapter of the Emmys, and a National Headliner Award. He is the author of two award-winning books, Silent Impact and The Impact Blueprint, and recently co-authored the children’s book The Right Thing To Do with Minnesota Twins legend Joe Mauer—donating proceeds to children’s charities. Beyond his professional achievements, Joe is a committed mentor and former president of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Twin Cities.
