Members help identify content, recommend improvements, and develop strategies to ensure these publications continue to serve the needs of Wisconsin’s lodging industry.

📩 Achieved the highest Weekly Lodging Innsider open rates since 2019.
🛍️ Launched the WHLA Online Store for Associate Planning and Targeted Marketing Opportunities.

2025 Goals:

🔍 Restructure WHLA’s website navigation to improve usability.
🏪 Re-launch the WHLA Online Store under a new name with enhanced marketing.
📖 Develop a Virtual Products & Services Directory and a quarterly email newsletter.
👀 Introduce exclusive sneak peeks of Innsider content for non-members.
📢 Implement multiple marketing plans to encourage vendor content submissions and expand WisconsINN Getaways promotion.
