​This spring, the Madison Area Hotel & Lodging Association (MAHLA) is proud to celebrate an incredible wave of recognition across our member properties and partners. These honors reflect what we see every day—Madison’s hospitality community is driven by passionate teams committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Brand & Performance Awards

The Hilton Garden Inn Madison Downtown received the Conrad Achievement Award from Hilton—the brand’s highest honor, awarded to properties ranking in the top 1–5% globally for guest service, quality assurance, and loyalty performance.

Hotel Indigo Madison Downtown earned both the IHG One Rewards Guest Love Excellence Award and the IHG Torchbearer Award from IHG Hotels & Resorts. The Torchbearer Award is IHG’s highest recognition for guest satisfaction and operational excellence. The property also ranked #1 among all Hotel Indigo hotels in North America and #1 globally for Guest Satisfaction in 2025.

Embassy Suites Madison Downtown received the Connie Award from Embassy Suites by Hilton, recognizing top performance in service and quality.

Hampton Inn & Suites Madison Downtown earned the 2025 Award of Excellence from Hampton by Hilton, marking another year of top-tier performance and consistency in service delivery.

NCG Hospitality and Great Lakes Hospitality were named Top Places to Work in 2026 by the Wisconsin State Journal. In addition, properties within the GLMG portfolio—including Hotel Indigo Madison Downtown and other Madison-area hotels—were also recognized as Top Workplaces in Madison.
