From 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM, WWIL held a lunch and workshop titled "Productivity Power-Up: Strategies for a Stellar New Year." This inspiring session, facilitated by WHLA Vice President and WWIL Staff Liaison Monica Goeke, CAE, along with WWIL Steering Committee Chair Krissy Sigmund, aimed to empower attendees with effective strategies to unlock their potential and elevate their professional performance. Participants explored transformative techniques designed to turn their chaotic workdays into a clear path toward achieving their goals.

Service Solutions Jeopardy
Hosted by WHLA Board Director and Education/Conference Committee Chair Sara Abbott, this engaging game show-style session challenged participants' operational expertise and introduced innovative strategies to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction while also testing attendees’ knowledge on WHLA programs and services.
Legal Insights for the Hospitality Industry
Attorneys Anthony Anzelmo, Edgar Ceniceros-Herrada, and Bob Sanders shared valuable insights into the evolving legal landscape affecting Wisconsin hoteliers in 2025. They provided crucial updates on labor laws, ADA compliance, age discrimination, and other emerging challenges within the industry.
Following the educational sessions, attendees enjoyed a reception hosted by The American Club, then convenience for dinner.
