Relax, Connect, and Support Women in Lodging at the Nine & Wine Retreat

The Wisconsin Women in Lodging Nine & Wine Retreat invites you to take a step back, connect with industry peers, and enjoy some much-deserved time for yourself. Set against the beautiful backdrop of Chula Vista Resort on May 27 - 28, this event focuses on creating meaningful experiences—whether on the golf course, enjoying excellent food and wine, or engaging in thoughtful conversations that uplift women in the lodging industry.

The Nine & Wine Retreat is more than just a delightful getaway; it’s a significant opportunity to champion women in Wisconsin's lodging sector. Hosted by Wisconsin Women in Lodging (WWIL), this event combines casual golf, delicious dining, and authentic connections, all while raising funds for critical WWIL initiatives.

A Retreat Built for Connection and Fun

This laid-back and inviting event emphasizes having fun and forging relationships—no golf experience necessary! Here’s what attendees can look forward to:

• A casual, 9-hole golf outing at Coldwater Canyon Golf Course in a relaxed scramble format 
• A post-golf cocktail hour at the Clubhouse 
• A pre-dinner social gathering at Kaminski’s Chop House 
• A memorable dinner and wine experience at Kaminski’s Chop House 
• An optional morning nature walk on the resort grounds 
• Breakfast featuring educational programming and meaningful discussions 
• A special WWIL swag bag filled with curated gifts and surprises 
• Lighthearted awards and fun prizes throughout the retreat 

Supporting Women in Lodging

• The Kari Zambon Memorial Scholarship, which provides financial assistance to student employees
