As the Chief Operating Officer of The Edgewater, Faulkner has been instrumental in transforming this historic property into a world-class destination that embodies the spirit of Madison and Wisconsin hospitality. Under Faulkner's leadership, The Edgewater has become a cornerstone of Madison's hospitality scene, offering guests an unparalleled experience that blends luxury with local charm. His commitment to professional development and mentoring has helped shape the careers of many in the industry. The Wisconsin Lodging Hall of Fame honors industry pioneers who have made substantial contributions to the lodging industry and the Wisconsin Hotel & Lodging Association. Faulkner's induction into this prestigious group is a testament to his lasting impact and dedication to the hospitality profession. Mr. Faulkner is the first second-generation leader to be inducted into the Wisconsin Lodging Hall of Fame, following his father Auggie Faulkner, who was inducted with the inaugural class in 2021.

The induction ceremony will take place during the WHLA Awards Luncheon on September 30, 2024, at American Family Field in Milwaukee. This event will celebrate the achievements of Wisconsin's hospitality leaders and recognize their contributions to the industry. Mr. Faulkner will join Richard Batley and Stephen M.
