Strong Voices, Meaningful Leadership: WWIL Leadership Breakfast Announced for Jan. 21

The Wisconsin Women in Lodging (WWIL) is proud to announce the featured speakers for the WWIL Leadership Breakfast on Wednesday, January 21, from 8:00 – 10:00 am at the Best Western Premier Park Hotel in Madison.

This special breakfast brings together women in Wisconsin’s lodging and hospitality industry for a morning of connection, insight, and inspiration—just ahead of the 2026 WHLA Action Day at the Wisconsin State Capitol.

This year’s program will feature Senator Mary Felzkowski and Senator Dianne H. Hesselbein, two respected leaders in the Wisconsin State Senate who bring unique perspectives on leadership, advocacy, and public service. As strong voices shaping policy in our state, both senators will share their experiences, lessons learned, and insights on leading with purpose and influence.

In addition to the keynote conversation, attendees will hear a Wisconsin Women in Lodging update from WHLA Vice President Monica Goeke and WWIL Steering Committee Chair Katie Neufeld, highlighting the continued growth of the WWIL community, upcoming initiatives, and ways members can stay engaged and make an impact.

The WWIL Leadership Breakfast is designed to spark meaningful conversation, foster relationships, and empower women at all stages of their careers—while setting the stage for a powerful day of advocacy during Action Day.
