Student Opportunities at the 2025 Wisconsin Lodging Conference

The 2025 Wisconsin Lodging Conference & Trade Show isn’t just about connecting today’s leaders—it’s about inspiring tomorrow’s. That’s why WHLA is once again offering complimentary access for students to attend the conference, taking place November 2–4 at Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells.

What’s included for selected students:

• Complimentary registration for the full conference
• Hotel accommodations at Chula Vista Resort (arranged by WHLA)
• All meals during the event
• Access to 20+ educational sessions, networking events, and the trade show

Eligibility

This opportunity is open to:

• Hospitality students enrolled at WHLA member colleges and universities
• Students of any major who are currently employed at a Wisconsin hotel and aspire to grow their career in the lodging industry

Applications are due by October 2, 2025.

Through this program, students will attend an orientation, join Career Connection breakfast tables with industry executives, and choose from 20+ breakout sessions covering leadership, operations, technology, and advocacy.
