Jordan brings a strong background in business development, relationship management, and customer engagement, with experience spanning hospitality, sales leadership, and operations. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Director of Business Development with Mathnasium, where he led growth initiatives, built long-term relationships, and supported teams through strategic outreach and customer-focused solutions. Prior to that, Jordan worked as an Account Manager with Towne Park at the Kimpton Journeyman Hotel in Milwaukee. Jordan is no stranger to Wisconsin or the hospitality industry. He is a graduate of UW–Oshkosh, where he earned a degree in Political Science and Government. As Membership Director, Jordan will focus on: supporting and strengthening relationships with current WHLA members and growing and retaining WHLA’s diverse membership base. Jordan’s energy, relationship-first mindset, and experience working with service-driven organizations make him a great fit for WHLA and our members. I’m excited to join WHLA because it gives me the opportunity to build strong relationships across Wisconsin’s hospitality industry and help members see real, tangible value from their association. I’m motivated by connecting people, understanding their needs, and supporting an industry that plays such an important role in communities across the state. How does your past experience prepare you for this role? My background in business development and membership focused roles has prepared me to build relationships, drive engagement, and clearly communicate value. I’ve spent my career working on behalf of diverse communities, growing organizations through strategic outreach, and ensuring members feel supported and heard. What excites you most about working with WHLA members? What excites me most about the role is building relationships with hoteliers and communities across the state, learning their unique perspectives, and helping them get meaningful value from their membership with WHLA.
