WHLA Online Auction: Call for Donations

Auction Dates: June 8–12, 2026

​The WHLA Online Auction is coming June 8–12, and members are invited to get involved! 

We are seeking room nights, packages, and experience-based items to build a strong auction lineup that directly supports WHLA’s advocacy, education, and workforce development efforts across Wisconsin’s lodging industry.

Why Participate

Each year, the WHLA Online Auction connects donated experiences with engaged bidders actively planning Wisconsin travel.

By contributing, you help:

• Support statewide advocacy and education efforts
• Strengthen workforce development initiatives
• Promote Wisconsin’s lodging industry

Your donation also helps position your property in front of travelers seeking their next Wisconsin stay.

What We’re Looking For

• Hotel & lodging room nights
• Getaway packages (bundled experiences)
• Dining & beverage certificates
• Spa, golf, attraction, and activity passes 

Visibility for Your Property

Donated items will be promoted through:

• WisconsINN Getaways traveler newsletter
• WHLA social media channels

This provides targeted exposure to travelers actively searching for Wisconsin destinations and experiences.
