The WWIL Steering Committee is thoughtfully designing the pilot to meet the needs of women at all stages of their careers. By launching this mentorship effort, we’re fulfilling a real and growing demand for personal and professional support—and building stronger connections across Wisconsin’s lodging community.

After sign-ups close, we’ll bring all pilot participants together for a virtual orientation meeting. This session will serve as an official kickoff, provide helpful context for the program, and allow mentors and mentees to connect with the WWIL Steering Committee and each other. We’ll cover:
