From front desk to housekeeping to management, every team member plays a role in shaping loyalty, reviews, and return visits.

Based on 20+ years working with top brands like the NFL, MLB, T-Mobile, and Bank of America, The Welcoming Edge provides strategies for training and energizing your team to connect better, serve smarter, and represent your brand with heart.
