With the theme of Resilience and Reinvention running throughout the event, our Education/Conference committee selected Dr. Lynea LaVoy and Jodi Goldbeck from Madison College to present “Well Being: Job 1 starts with putting YOU first”.
The session will kick off the second day of educational programming on November 8, 2022. During this session Lynea and Jodi will share their expertise and work through proven strategies to help attendees make changes that positively impact their personal wellbeing.
Dr. Lynea LaVoy currently serves as Department Chair, Program Director and Faculty for the Culinary Arts, Baking & Decorative Arts, and Hospitality Management programs at Madison College. She also serves as a Doctoral Liaison with Edgewood College. She recently authored and led the Hospitality Service Champions and Leadership academies through Madison College and through that work has taught over 300 incumbent workers in Dane County.
