DATCP Updated VGBA Drain Cover and Equalizer Log for Pools

The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) has recently updated their Drain Cover and Equalizer Log form. While the record keeping requirements don't specifically call for the use of this form, DATCP recommends its use as it will streamline the recordkeeping and inspection process.
