Delafield Hotel Welcomes Nancy Clausen as General Manager

DELAFIELD, WISC. (October 30, 2023) - Geronimo Hospitality Group is pleased to announce it has hired Nancy Clausen as general manager of Delafield Hotel, a AAA Four Diamond boutique hotel located in Delafield, Wisconsin.  

As general manager of the Delafield Hotel, Clausen will be responsible for the overall operations of the hotel and maintaining the property’s ultra-high standards for quality and guest experience.

Clausen brings over two decades of hospitality experience, having worked in managerial roles at hotels across the country and throughout Wisconsin. Most recently, Clausen served as director of rooms at The Abbey Resort and Spa in Fontana, Wisconsin, where she oversaw multiple departments including housekeeping, front office and reservations.

The 38-key Delafield Hotel was recently named to Conde Nast Traveler’s 2023 Readers’ Choice Best Hotels and completed a series of refreshing updates throughout the property, including sophisticated design and amenity upgrades in the lobby, common spaces and guest rooms.
