At last week's WHLA Board of Directors meeting our leadership approved changes to the structure of our conference and trade show that are intended to enhance the attendee and exhibitor experience, while also addressing the major increases we are seeing in costs to put on a successful event. 

To ensure past exhibitors and members have the opportunity to lock in your trade show participation at our previous rates, as we didn’t want this sudden change in format to be prohibitive for partners who have already set their budgets for the year.

by May 31 to lock in the old rate of $595 for members / $895 for non-members (no meals included).

​After this date the member rate will be $895 for members and $1,195, and they will include expo and dinner registration for one attendee. Additional attendees may be added for $100 each for members. The 2022 Wisconsin Lodging Trade Show will be held on Monday, November 7, 2022.

5:00pm - 6:30pm         Chairman's Reception in Trade Show Hall
6:30pm - 7:00pm         Breakdown
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm       Dinner with Awards Presentation & Live Auction
