NCG Hospitality Announces New “Aparthotel” The Saddlery in The Heart of Madison

Expected to Open in December 2023, The Saddlery offers Elevated Downtown Living and Boasts Premier Amenities for Long and Short-Term Stays

MADISON, WI – JUNE 26, 2023 | Today NCG Hospitality announced their newest property, The Saddlery, which is set to open in December of 2023. Located in downtown Madison, steps away from Law Park, Lake Monona, the Monona Terrace, and the State Capitol, the property will offer short and long-term stays. With adjoining retail space available for rent, The Saddlery will welcome locals and visitors to stay as short or as long as they wish in Madison’s incredible community. 

Occupying the East Wilson Street location of the original Madison Saddlery Company, from which the Saddlery gets its name, the building is a four-story masonry industrial loft that displays the fantastic architectural styles of the turn of the 20th century. Founded in 1875, the Madison Saddlery Company was the only leather goods producer in Madison at the time and the company boomed until 1929, leaving the space open for other companies, most recently Rubin’s Contemporary Furniture.
 
With 46 furnished studio, one and two-bedroom rentals with Lake Monona views, the Saddlery aims to provide every guest with a comfortable and welcoming living environment that meets their needs, exceeds expectations, and feels like home. Equipped with a full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer in nearly every room, the Saddlery offers to the best of the amenities of home and a hotel.
