Working Across Generations: We Prepared for the Millennials….Now What? 

We prepared for the Millennials to enter the workforce, but now that they are in the workforce, what comes next? There is the Generation Z and the Alpha Generation that follows the Millennials. We will take a look at the characteristics, what has shaped the Z generation and will shape Alpha generation, and how this affects them entering the workforce. We will also take a look at some comparisons of the Baby Boomer Generation and Generation X.
