The Stella Hotel & Ballroom Honors Kenosha Service Members with Brunch at The 1844 Table & Mash
KENOSHA, WI. (April 10, 2024) – The Stella Hotel & Ballroom proudly hosted a brunch buffet at The 1844 Table & Mash today, dedicated to honoring the selfless service of Kenosha's finest, including the Kenosha Police Department, Kenosha Fire Department, and Kenosha Public Works personnel. Nearly 200 esteemed members of these essential services joined in for a delightful morning of food, fellowship, and appreciation.
Michael Carstedt, General Manager of The Stella Hotel & Ballroom, emphasized the significance of the event, stating, "This gathering was our sincere expression of gratitude towards our city's service members for their tireless efforts and unwavering commitment to our community. It's a small token of appreciation for the immense sacrifices they make each day to ensure our safety and well-being."

The brunch buffet provided a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, allowing service members to unwind and enjoy a delicious spread while connecting with colleagues and members of the community. The event showcased The Stella Hotel & Ballroom's dedication to fostering a sense of unity and support within the Kenosha community.

"We are immensely grateful for the opportunity to host such a meaningful event," Carstedt added. "It's moments like these that remind us of the strength and resilience of our community and the importance of coming together to show our appreciation for those who serve and protect us."

In a notable highlight, the newly elected Mayor of Kenosha, David Bogdala, made a gracious appearance, extending his gratitude to the service members and reaffirming his commitment to supporting the community.

Adding to the excitement, several players from the Green Bay Packers made a surprise visit to express their gratitude and support for the service members. Additionally, Packers President and Chief Executive Officer, Mark Murphy, joined in to extend his appreciation and recognition for the dedicated individuals who serve the Kenosha community.

The Stella Hotel & Ballroom extends its heartfelt thanks to all service members who attended the brunch buffet, as well as to the entire Kenosha community for their continued support and collaboration.
