Katy Murphy and Jason Spivey Join The Trade Team as Director of Sales and Senior Catering and Sales Manager Respectively
Beginning her career in 2007 in Illinois, Katy Murphy boasts an impressive resume as a sales director and marketing professional. After excelling as the Business Travel Sales Manager at the Westin Hotel in Chicago, Katy took her first position in Wisconsin at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center in Kenosha where she received several high-profile accolades including a Rising Star Award, Sales Director of the Year, and the 2013 Radisson President’s Award. After several successful positions around Milwaukee, Katy joined the Trade Team after her time as Area Director of Sales for Maverick Hotels and Restaurants.

Following a similar trajectory, Jason Spivey’s career began as the Sales and Events Coordinator at the Lucerne Inn in Dedham, Maine, earning him the Greater Bangor Visitor and Convention Bureau 2013 Tourism Employee of the Year Award, and the Maureen Waltz Spirit of Hospitality Award. Continuing his career, he too was eventually welcomed to Wisconsin as he joined The Trade following his time as the Catering and Sales Manager of the Renaissance Milwaukee West Hotel.
