The Wisconsin Hotel & Lodging Association (WHLA) has announced that they will honor a new class of inductees into the Wisconsin Lodging Hall of Fame. Established in 2021, this award recognizes leaders and pioneers who have contributed significantly to Wisconsin's lodging industry and the longevity of the Wisconsin Hotel & Lodging Association.

​WHLA will be hosting two auctions at the 2022 Wisconsin Lodging Conference & Trade Show on Monday, November 7, 2022. Bid to win and choose for proceeds to go toward the WHLAPAC or educational scholarship funds.

Hoteliers from across Wisconsin are getting ready for the 2022 Wisconsin Lodging Conference & Trade Show! From November 6-8, WHLA members will gather at The Osthoff Resort to make new industry connections, strengthen existing relationships, and learn about hospitality trends and hot topics.

The Wisconsin Lodging Conference & Trade Show has grown to be the premier educational and networking event for Wisconsin lodging professionals, where hotel and lodging property owners and operators and industry supporters from across the state gather to learn from experts, network with industry peers, connect with suppliers, and celebrate the stars of the industry.

​WHLA’s Board Chair, Brandon McConnell, recently called a special online meeting of our members that was held on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 to discuss and vote on a series of changes to the association’s Articles of Organization and Bylaws. 

​The Wisconsin Hotel & Lodging Association (WHLA) is pleased to announce Resilience and Reinvention as the theme for the 2022 Wisconsin Lodging Conference & Trade Show. The Wisconsin Lodging Conference and Trade Show is an annual multi-day event for Wisconsin lodging owners and operators, and industry supporters, to learn from experts, network with industry peers, connect with suppliers, and celebrate the stars of Wisconsin’s lodging industry. 

WHLA team members staffed the Travel Wisconsin booth in the Wisconsin Products Pavillion on opening day of the Wisconsin State Fair! The team distributed copies of the 2022 Wisconsin Lodging Directory and promoted voting for the 2023 Website & Wisconsin Lodging Directory Cover Contest. One lucky voter will win an overnight to the Ambassador Hotel Milwaukee. Over the course of the fair, 48 partners of Travel Wisconsin will be staffing the booth to share Wisconsin travel inspiration.
